Acme Bed Frame Systems

Acme bed frame systems are manufactured as freestanding bed and mattress supports. All rails are made from the highest quality materials, and each frame rail is constructed of 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" high-strength angle iron - the strongest in the industry. For maximum strength and stability, solid-steel tubular legs are riveted and welded in place. Cross-support rails are constructed of 1 1/4" x 1 /14" steel. To assure maximum strength and support in the center of the bed, center supports are made of either angle iron, formed 16-guage sheet metal, or 1" square steel tubing. Adjustable headboard brackets are formed from 11-guage carbon steel for steadiness. Solid glides or plastic casters are provided as supports. Acme's standard finish is brown paint, and optional powder-coat finish in black can be specified on any of our products.
